White Bread Buns
My mom hated brown bread buns, she prefers this 😀. This is so simple
Ingredients

1/2 cup warm water

5 tablespoon sugar

15 g instant yeast

2 cups white wheat flour

Some ginger
Cooking Instructions

Put warm water in a bowl. Add sugar and yeast. Dissolve and wait for yeast to bloom (5 mins)

Add oil and flour and start kneading. Add flour gradually if the dough is still sticky. Form a round dough and put in a bowl. Wait for it to double, for about 30 to 40mins

Punch the dough and knead again. Divide into small round shapes and arrange on the greased baking sheet. Wait for it to double again

Bake for about 30 minutes. Here's how mine looks like in a jiko improvised oven

Serve with tea or a drink of your choice
