Ingredients

  1. 400 g Tofu (hard type)
  2. 200 g minced beef
  3. 50 g leek
  4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  5. 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  6. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  7. 1/2 cup water*
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt*
  9. 1 teaspoon soy sauce*
  10. 1 teaspoon starch(katakuri starch)*
  11. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  12. 2 tablespoon pepper whole(black or white pepper)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut vegetables finely.

    Roast whole pepper with medium low heat for 3 minuets.

    Grind pepper in grinder.

    Fry garlic and ginger with 1 tablespoon sesame oil till smelling good.

    Fry beef. Beef is cooked then put Tofu.

    Cook with low heat and stir gently. Make the seasoning mixture.

    Put all the vegetables and the grinned pepper.

  8. 8

    Stir gently and combine seasoning mixture.

    Sprinkle sesame oil.
