These are a replacement for a friend I have that will not eat a chicken wing. So I decided to make a chicken meatball that can be enjoyed like your favorite chicken wing, without the mess.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  2. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  3. 2 Tbs Italian seasoning
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp poultry seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer and mix thoroughly.

    Using a small icecream scoop or hands. Make meatballs into approximately 2 inch in diameter balls

  3. 3

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 12 minutes.

    Deep fry the meatballs as soon as they are removed from oven in batches at 350°F for 2 minutes to get a slightly crispy exterior. Do not over crowd in the fryer.

    Eat plain or cover with your favorite wing sauce or powder.

We only have ground beef or lamb in uk. Not seen ground chicken, would of loved to cook it
