Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sour curd
  2. 4 Tbsp besan
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 onion thin sliced
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. To taste salt
  7. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  9. as needed Oil
  10. as needed Water
  11. 1 glass basmati rice
  12. 2 glass water

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add basan,salt, red chilli powder, chopped onion,mix well with the help of water, make a thick batter of it

    Add oil in a Karachi and make pakoras from the batter

    Take them out and keep it a side

    Put curd, besan, turmeric. Powder, salt in a mix &grind the mixture

  5. 5

    Add thin sliced onions and ginger garlic paste and cook them till they became light brown in colour

  6. 6

    Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt for few seconds

  7. 7

    Now pour the grinded Mixture in it

  8. 8

    Add 1 glass of water in it and cook till it becomes thick on a low flame

  9. 9

    Before serving add pakoras in it.

    Now add a washed and soaked rice in it with double the water means if 1 glass of water soaked rice for 20 minutes

    When it come to a boil slow down the flame and cook for 20 minutes

    Serve hot with Kadi and salad.
