Puran Poli with desi Ghee
Ingredients

All purpose flour

Gram cereal(chana daal)

Dry coconut
-
Elaichi powder
-
Water
Cooking Instructions

First cook the chana daal in pressure cooker for 5/6 whistle with less water.

When daal cooked properly heat the pan take ghee in it.

Add daal in heated pan & roast with ghee in low flame.

Cooked daal till golden brown.

Add dry coconut & sugar then again mix well.

Add elaichi powder too.

Above all ingredients mix well & cook till it become soft dough for stuffing.

Now make soft dough through all purpose flour with water.

Keep aside dough for 10 minutes.

Take small ball in ur hand flatten it just like kachori or paratha for stuffing.

Add puran stuff & make circle shape just like chappati.

Use ghee for both sides in cooking in low flame.

It takes more ghee but puran poli is a dish which gives you more taste if ghee is sufficient.

Serve hot with ghee.
