The most moist banana cake i have tried. I just want to share my recioe with you guys. Hope you will like it. 😊😊😊😊
Ingredients

1 cup sugar

2 eggs
-
1/2 cup oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda / bicarb
Cooking Instructions

Pre - heat oven @ 350°F or 177°C.

Combine / sieve all dry ingredients starting with flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.

Add the rest of the remaining ingredients.

Grease loaf pan and pour in the batter.

Bake for one hour or when the toothpick inserted at the middle comes out clean.
