To make condensed milk. Add milk and sugar in a Sufuria stir the sugar to dissolve.

Simmer the milk on low heat. Sieve off the form as it simmers.

Simmer the milk on low heat for about 30 minutes.

Sieve and set aside to cool down completely.

Beat your cooled whipped cream untill it forms peaks.

Add the cooled condensed milk to the whipping cream and fold them together.

Add crushed Almonds and fold in well.

Freeze the Icecream for a at least 4 hours. Enjoy while frozen.
