Ingredients

2 bunch Buffalo Spinach

4 chopped Garlic pods

3 chopped Prawns

3 chopped Onions

3-4 Green chillies

2 Red chillies

1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

1 tablespoon Oil

to taste Salt
Cooking Instructions

Wash the Buffalo Spinach properly & chop them finely.

Take a pan in the gas, add the chopped Buffalo spinach, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic pods, salt to taste, a bit of required amount of water & let the Buffalo spinach boil.

When the water is evaporated, take this mixture off from the gas.

Take another pan in the gas, add oil, the rest of onions, garlic, green chillies, red chillies & stir. Now add the chopped prawns, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, stir & fry the prawns well.

When the prawns are cooked, add the boiled Buffalo spinach in it & fry & stir well, cover it for sometimes & take it off from gas. Your Helencha Saag Bhaji is ready to serve! Serve it hot with plain rice or roti.
