Andouille Sausage with White Beans in Tomato Sauce
Great base recipe that you can adapt any number of ways if you like (or make it straight because that would also be super tasty)! Tonight I used a cup of V8 instead of canned tomatoes because I didn't have them and also added a small carrot, a celery stem, and two strips of bacon because I wanted to use them up. Served with baguette for soppage. Delicious! Thanks, Paul!
