The substitute to the actual creamy spinach
Ingredients

1 bunch spinach leaves +/- 8

cream of mushroom dry powdered soup

1 handfull of chopped onions
-
1 handfull of chopped ginger and garlic

half a cup of milk
Cooking Instructions

Boil or steam your spinach till cooked

Once cooked leave on the side to cool

In a pan fry your onion and garlic in very little cooking oil

In a separate dish mix your powdered soup with the milk and stir till its all mixed

Add your spinach to the mix and cook for another 5 min then INDULGE

Add the soup mixture to the onions and stir till its a smooth consistancy
