Ingredients

  1. 3 tbsp dahi
  2. 1tsp bhuna pissa jeera
  3. 1/2 tsp kala namak
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped green coriander
  5. 1 glass cold water

Cooking Instructions

    In a glass take dahi, add bhuna pissa jeera, kala namak. Beat nicely with a beater.

    Now add cold water and mix well. Add dhaniya patta and mix and enjoy chilled Masala Chaas to beat the Summer.

    Ice cubes are optional - can add.
