potatoes and sour kraut

材料

<Dough>
1 Large
oil
4tbsp
warm water
1+1/3cup (depends on the flour)
4cups
salt
1/2tsp
1/2tsp
instant potatoes
1/2 cup
<potato filling>
middium potatoes
8
salt/pepper
1tsp
grated shredded chedder cheese
1+1/2 cup
<cabbage filling>
Sour Kraut
800ml
minced onions
2
salt/pepper
to taste
butter
bacon bits
to sprinkle

作り方

  1. 1

    Combine dough ingredient, liquids last.

    Knead, let rest for 15mins, cover with clean cloth

  3. 3

    make mashed potatoes as potato filling.

  4. 4

    boil sour kraut for 20mins till tender, drain well.

  5. 5

    saute onion in butter until translucent. add cabbage.
