Description

Lots of ingredients, but it's easy and taste amazing !

材料

1 tablespoon
butter
2 tablespoons
chicken thigh fillets
1kg
grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon
ground coriander
2 teaspoons
ground cumin
2 teaspoons
garam masala
1 teaspoon
chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon
diced tomato
1 can
palm sugar or brown sugar
1 table spoon
thick natural yoghurt
1/3 cup
thickened cream
1/2 cup
spinach
1bunch or 300g
toasted flaked almonds
1/4 cup to serve
coriander leaves
to serve
2 or 3 small ones
chapati already made
4~5 per person
chutney
to garnish

作り方

  1. 1

    Heat oil and half the butter in a large, pan over high heat.

    Cook chicken, in batches, until browned. Remove to a plate.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to medium and add remaining butter.

  4. 4

    Add ginger and cook for 1 minute.
    Then cook diced onion.

    Add coriander, cumin, garam masala and chilli powder...

    ...and cook for 30 seconds.

    Add tomato and a pinch of salt and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add spinach and simmer until cooked.

    Return chicken to pan with yoghurt and cream.
    Add sugar.

    Simmer a further 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

    Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with almonds and coriander.

    Serve with chapati and your favorite chutney!
