Mini Potato Pies in Gyoza Shells

材料 (6 pieces)

Gyoza Shells
6pcs
Potato
200g (1 Large)
◎Butter (Unsalted)
15g
◎Milk
25ml
◎Dried Basil
0.5 Large Tbs
◎Dried Oregano
0.5 Large Tbs
◎Pepper (Ground)
1 Pinch
Chopped Spinach (Boiled, for Topping)
2 Large Tbs
Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
2 Large Tbs

作り方

    Soak peeled & diced potatoes in cold water to reduce starch.

    Drain the potatoes. Microwave potatoes for 4 min. (900w).

    Put the hot potatoes & ◎ingredients in a bowl. Blend.

    Put shells in muffin pan. Put potato mixture into shells.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle spinach and cheese on top.

  6. 6

    Bake for 12 min. at 180c.
