トマトソース Tomato Sauce
Description
Make sauce in weekend and freeze. 1週間に1度は我が家の食卓に登場。
材料
(4 Servings)
Onion (Midium)
1 pc
Olive Oil
1 large tbs
Garlic (Chopped)
2 cloves
Tomato Can
2 cans
Parsley (Frosen)
1 stalk
Dried Oregano
1 small tbs
Dried Basil
1 small tbs
Sage
1/2 small tbs
Ground Black Peppr
1 small tbs
Bay Leaf
1 pc
Tomato paste
250cc
Water
100cc

Pulse onion in the FP until fine chopped.

Put onion in the container and microwave for 1.5min. (900W)

Heat oil in the frying pan. Add garlic and cook for 1min.

Add onion and saute’ untill brown.

Add the rest of ingredients, stir together. Cook for 20min.
