Description
うちの定番でもあるお気に入りのザ・簡単節約時短インドカレー!レンズ豆カレー。ベジタリアン、グルテン・デイリーフリー。
材料

lentils
1 tin
1-1/2
(mix vegetables)
1sachet
cumin
1 tsp
garlic
1-2 cloves
chilli
1 tsp
turmeric
a few tsp
garammasara
a few tsp
ginger
1-2 tsp
mix herbs
a few tsp
okra
some
veggie stock
some
basmati rice
some
作り方

boil some basmati rice(normal rice is also ok)

wash lentils and put them into a pan

sauté 1 with cumin, olive oil and garlic

mix & all rest of ingredients in 2 with some water and boil

fry pappadum in a pan with heaps of oil (but not deep fry)
