作り方

    Heat water(2L) by large pan.(high heat)

    Cut the calyx of two eggplants.

    Cut the calyx and seeds of three green peppers.

  4. 4

    Peel a potato.

  5. 5

    Cut potato into bite-sized pieces.

  6. 6

    Cut eggplants and green peppers into bite-sized pieces.

    Cut tofu into 1cm cubes.

    Put pasta which folded in half and salt in boiling water.

    Fry eggplants and sesame oil by frying pan.(medium heat)

    Lightly wash potatoes with water while cooking the eggplants

    Put potatoes in a bakeware.

    Wrap〈11〉and warm in microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.

    Add minced pork and grated ginger to〈9〉and fry.

    After loosening the meat, add〈13〉to green peppers.

    Take the pasta out of the hot water and drain it.

    Put water(260ml), tofu and chicken stock powder in a pan.

    Heat〈16〉on low heat.

    Add water(90ml), pasta and【A】to 〈14〉

    After mixing〈18〉, cover and boil down.(medium heat)

    Bake potatoes and oil by another frying pan.(high heat)

    Sometimes turn over to prevent the potatoes from burning.
