Description

Here are the basic steps to make this focaccia bread recipe!

材料 (Ingredients )

Strong bread flour
250g
Sugar
1tbsp
Yeast
1tsp
Solt
1tsp
Water
140cc〜150cc
Olive Oil
2tbsp
For the possible additions
Rosemary
2 sprigs

作り方

    Mix Ingredients in a large bowl.

    Dissolve the yeast and activate it by proofing.

    Knead the dough by hand.(10〜15min)

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

    First Rise
    Let the dough rest in a warm location for 30min.

    Punching the dough down quickly and rest for 5min.

  7. 7

    Push it by hand to release the gas.

    Use your fingers to poke dents and apply olive oil and solt.

    Second Rise
    Cover and the dough continue to rise for 20min.

    Heat oven to 200℃. (392℉) Bake for 20〜23min.

    Remove from the oven, and drizzle with a rosemary.
