Description

A classic Italian seasoning adds an herbal aroma!

材料 (4-5 servings)

spaghetti
360 g
kosher salt
for pasta water (1-1.5%)
 
extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons
unsalted butter
2 tablespoons
 
shallots (thinly sliced)
1 medium
garlic (chopped)
3 cloves
fresh rosemary (minced)
2 tablespoons
white wine
1/2 cup
fresh Italian parsly (chopped)
1/3 cup
kosher salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
 
freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
1/2 cup, or more for garnish

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook.

    Reduce pasta cooking time by 1min so we FINISH it in the PAN

    Meanwhile, oil in a large skillet over medium low heat.

    Add butter and cook until melted.

    Add shallots and garlic, and cook until lightly golden.

    Add rosemary and cook until fragrant.

    Add white wine and bring it to a simmer.

    Cook until the sauce thickens, and stir in the parsley.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Transfer pasta and toss over medium high heat.

    Remove from the heat, and toss with Parmigiano Reggiano.
