Soy Fried Noodles
Description
A simple but addictive Chinese style noodle dish with pasta!

(3-4 serving)
spaghetti
300 g
kosher salt
for pasta water
komatsuna (stem separated from the leaves, cut into 2" long pieces)
2 bunches
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
canola oil
3 tablespoons

for the sauce:
oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Chinese dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
Chinese light soy sauce
2 teaspoons
mirin
2 tablespoons
kosher salt
to taste
ground white pepper
to taste
toasted sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon

Gather all the ingredients.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Cook pasta according to the package directions. Set aside.
