Description

Deep fried snapper with extra crunch mouthfeel.

材料 (2人分)

Fresh snapper
1
oil
as required
salt

pepper

作り方

    Fillet the snapper. Do not remove the scales.

    Use a tweezer to remove the small bones.

  3. 3

    Slice the snapper into pieces and season it with salt.

  4. 4

    Coat the bottom with a thin layer of corn starch.

    Preheat the oil up to 180 degrees C

    Pour the hot oil gently onto the scales.

  7. 7

    As the scales get crunchy, dip the snapper into the hot oil.

    Avoid from frying for too long. Around 3 mins Each.

  9. 9

    Season with salt and pepper while it’s still hot.

  10. 10

    Season with salt & pepper. Served with a slice of lemon.
