My Curry Recipe

I explain about my curry recipe for my friends.
材料
(for 3~4 dishes)
pork 豚肉 or chicken 鶏肉
300g
carrot 人参
1 本
potato じゃがいも
small size 3 個
onion 玉葱
1個
Shimeji mushrooms きのこ
all you want
green beans いんげん
all you want
a piece of garlic にんにく
1かけ
a piece of ginger 生姜
1かけ
salad oil 油 or butter バター
10g
curry roux カレールー
100g
water 水
750ml
Worcestershire sauceソース
3 tea spoons
ketchup ケチャップ
3 tea spoons
red wine 赤ワイン
appropriate amount
cooked rice 炊いたご飯
for 3~4 dishes

Cut the onion
Fry with salad oil or butter.Cover the pan.

Sometimes mix and fry to until brown color.

Cut the carrot, Grate the garlic and ginger.

Soak potatoes in water 10min for prevent discoloration.

Cut the meat and sprinkle with salt&pepper. And fry them.

Stir Fry ginger, garlic,carrot,potato,mushroom with gravy.

2. 5.and 6 boil in the deep pan with water. And take the lye

Cover the pot and boil 20min on low heat.

Turn off the stove. Add the curry roux. sauce, ketchup,wine

Add boiled green beans and simmer for 5min.

If you use not boiled green beans,add from 6.

Serve the rice and curry on the plate.

1.Fry the onion well
