  1. 4 large potatoes
  2. 1/3 cup olive oil
  3. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 2 tbsp paprika
  5. 2 tbsp garlic powder
  6. 1/2 tbsp pepper
  7. 2 cup shredded cheese, your choice
  8. 1 cup chopped green onion
  9. 1 cup diced cook bacon

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 500°F

    mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Set aside.

    peel and cube potatoes. Add to olive oil mixture and toss.

    spray 9x13 pan with oil and add potatoes. Set potato bowl aside for next step. Cook potatoes for 45 min tossing potatoes every 15 min.

    cube chicken and add to potatoe bowl from previous step. Mix around to rub chicken into olive oil.

    grate cheese and add crumbled bacon and green onions.

  7. 7

    once potatoes are cooked add marinated chicken on top and sprinkle cheese/bacon/green onion mix on top.

    bake another 15 minutes or until chicken cooked thoroughly.

    serve with salad and crusty bread.
