  1. 1 all seasons spice
  2. 1 ground black pepper
  3. 1 leeks
  4. 1 pepper
  5. 1 plain flour
  6. 1 water
  7. 1 mild curry powder
  8. tbsp olive oil
  9. ml hot water
  10. tsp salt

Cooking Instructions

    First fry chicken in pan with a tiny bit of olive oil and add mild curry powder and all seasion . Leave to cook till chicken is white. Medium fire

    Then add chopped leeks, oinions, spinach, pepper, ground pepper, courgettes and leave to cook for 15min medium fire

    Then add boling hot water from kettle in with the chicken fill above half of the pan and turn fire to the lowest setting to simmer.

    Place lid over food and leave to simmer whilse simmering we can now make the dumplings.

    Get plain flour into a bowl i would say about a cup full. Keep addiding water in with the flour whilse using your hands to kneed the doe till its soft holding 2gether and not sticky. If its sticky then jus add more flour

    Rip bits of your doe and roll them in your hands to make a ball then sqaush with your palms to flattern like a saucer shape and place them into the pan with chicken.

    Leave all to simmer and cook for 1hr 30min steer the food every now and then so it does not stock to pan. If the water is draining from pan jus add some more hot water. U can also add a pinch of salt if needed to pull more flavour out of the dish
