1/2 kg kabuli chana

2 onions
-
3 tomatoes
-
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
-
1 tsp coriander powder

1 spoon chana masala
-
1 tsp red chilli powder

to taste Salt

as needed Oil
Cooking Instructions

Soak chana overnight and boil it in pressure cooker till tender.
Chop onions..heat oil and put these onions in it.

Cook till it changes its colour.
Add ginger garlic paste,chopped tomatoes salt and green chillies.

Add all the dry masalas and cook till it leaves oil.
Now add the cooked chana and cook till everything combines properly.
