1 onion paste

1 tsp garlic paste

2 green chilli or ginger paste

Palak ko achhe se wash karein. Leaves ko roughly cut karein.again wash karein or boil kar le.thanda hone par mixy m halka se pees le.Bhut barik nahi peesna.

Paneer cubes m cut karein.karahi m oil garam karein or hing zeera bhun le.add ginger, garlic green chilli paste.Mix well.Saute 2 min.

Add onion paste and tomato puree Cook 2 min.add all masale.Mix well.sim gas par 5 min tak pkne de.

Add Palak puree and paneer.Mix well.cover kar ke 10 min tak low flame Par pkne de.

Garma garam palak Paneer parantha, chapati or nan ke sath serve karein.
