  1. 1/2 kg. carrot peeled and chopped
  2. 1 cup peas
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 2 green chilli chopped
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  8. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  9. 1 tsp amchur powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  11. pinch Hing
  12. 1/2 tsp zeera
  13. as needed oil

Cooking Instructions

    Gajar ko cheel kar wash karein or pieces m cut karein.

    Karahi m oil garam karein or hing zeera bhune.Gajar matar dal kar mix karein.Salt or haldi dal kar sabzi mix karein.

    Karahi ko cover karein or sim gas p sabzi ko glne tak pakayein.tomato or green chilli dal kar Sabhi masale mix karein or 2 min Cook karein.
