Ingredients

1 cup rice
-
1/2 cup chana dal(soaked for 1/2hr)

1/2 cup moong chilka(Hari chilka soaked)

1/2 tsp haldi
-
to taste Salt
-
for tadka
-
2 tbsp Ghee
-
2-3 Whole red chilli
-
2-3 green Cardamom
-
2-3 Cloves
-
2-3 whole black pepper
-
1 tsp deggi mirch powder
-
1-2 onion chopped
-
1 tomato chopped
-
1 cup(beans, cabbage,cauliflower,carrot,potato,bottle gourd(gheeya)

1/4 cup peas
-
1/2 tsp chilli paste
-
to taste Salt
-
1 tsp Coriander powder
-
1/2 tsp garam masala
-
1/2 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
-
1 tsp jeera
-
1/4 tsp hing
-
As needed Coriander leaves for garnish

Method
Take a cooker add rice.. both dal..salt.. haldi.. and 5 cup water

2-3 whistle and switch off the gas.. keep a side..

FOR TADKA
Take a kadayi add Ghee and sabut lal mirch.zeera..hing...ilachi..long..deggi mirch saute for a sec.

Now add chopped onion saute till transulent now add chopped tomatoes.. beans.peas..cauliflower.. carrots..potato..lauki and saute for 5 min. Now add chilli paste.. salt dhania powder..garam masla.. amchur and add boiled dal mixture..at last add hara dhania..serve with Papad.
