Malai korma
Ingredients

1.5 cup cottage cheese ( optional

2 cup malai
-
1 large tomato cut into pieces

1 large onion cut into pieces

1 tbsp garlic + ginger + green chilli paste

1/4 tsp cumin seeds
-
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp ghee or oil
-
to taste Salt

10-12 cashews nuts cut into bits
Cooking Instructions

Heat ghee in a pan fry cashews keep aside.

Add onion to the same hot ghee and fry it for 2 minutes.

Now to it add garlic + ginger + green chilli paste saute for a minute.

Add tomatoes and turmeric powder, salt fry till oil separate. Add paneer cubes mix well cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add malai (cream) stir and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Add fried cashews and heat off.
