Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1 cup buttermilk / curd
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 1/2 tsp haldi
  5. 1 tsp rai
  6. 2 tsp coconut powder
  7. 2 tsp ghee /oil
  8. leaves Some curry
  9. 4-5 sabut lal mirch
  10. 1 tbsp mashed fresh Paneer

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Ek bowl m besan,buttermilk,salt or haldi mix karein.Pani dalte hue patla ghol banayein.

    Medium flame gas par karahi garamkre or usme besan ka ghol thick hone tak pakayein.

    Ek thali m oil lgakr ghol ko spread karein. Then Spread coconut powder.

    Thanda hone par knife se thin strip cut karein. Turn the Strip in round shape

    Pan m ghee garam kar ke rai,curry leaves or sabut lal mirch ka tadka bnakr khandvi p spread karein.

    Mashed paneer se garnish kar ke serve karein.
