Soya seekh kebabs

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup soya chunks(boiled)
  2. 1/4 cup chana dal(boiled)
  3. 1-2 potatoes boiled
  4. 1 onion finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 2-3 dry chilli
  7. 2-3 cloves
  8. 1/4 tsp amchur powder
  9. 1/2 tsp saunf
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  13. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  14. 1/4 cup coriander leaves thick paste
  15. 1 tbsp oil

Cooking Instructions

    Add the soya chunks,chana dal,chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,dry red chillies and whole dry masala and salt

    And grind this mixture in a grinder.

    Take the mixture in a bowl.add potato,chopped onions coriander paste,chat masala and mix well

  4. 4

    Roll them on skewers...grease your grill pan and heat..place them and grill

  5. 5

    Rotate them every 5-7 mins to the undone part...when the kebabs are golden increase the flame to maximum and grill fr few mins

    Serve soya seekh kabab hot with mint chutney and onions
