Soya chaap curry
Ingredients

250 gms soya chaap (boiled)

1 cup onions chopped

1 cup tomato purée
-
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 cup cream
-
1/2 cup milk
-
to taste Salt
-
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-
1/2 tsp deggi mirch

1/4 tsp garam masala
-
1/4 tsp amchur powder
-
1 tsp soya chaap masala
-
1/4 tsp sugar
-
1 tbsp oil
-
1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in kadhai and sauté chaap pieces from all sides on medium flame.remove the chaap once cooked

Heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste till brown.Add onions and sauté till brown

Add tomato purée along with all spices and cook the masala for 5-10mins till oil separates

Add cream,milk to bring richness in the gravy and cook the complete masala for 5mins on low flame

Add water as per desired consistency and allow the water to boil

Add chaap pieces and cover the kadai.cook for 10mins on medium flame till the curry becomes thick

Serve hot soya chaap curry garnished with coriander leaves
