Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Grated or ground coconut
  2. 1 1/2 cup jaggery
  3. 1 spoon cardamum powder
  4. 3 spoon ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take equal quantity of fresh grated coconut and jaggery

  2. 2

    Take jaggery and quarter cup water and make thick syrup

  3. 3

    Add coconut grating and mix

  4. 4

    Keep mixing till it leaves sides of pan. Add cardamum powder and mix further

  5. 5

    Pour on a greased tray and cut into shape
