Cook turdal chanadal, onion, green chilies along with pinch of turmeric and one spoon oil

Make tadka of oil with mustard jeera turmeric, add chopped mango, sauté for a while and add one cup of water

When mango pieces are tender, add chopped palak and cook till done

Add cooked dal, chilli powder and salt. Boil for three minutes and serve with rice or rotis
