日式炸豆腐卷(Japanese Deep-fried Tofu Roll)

食材:薄片的豆腐皮。Ingredient: Aburaage. Thin deep-fried Tofu.

將豆腐皮切成三等分並攤開。Cut three edges and open.

將絞肉、豆渣和鰹魚粉混合均勻。Mix meat and Okara and Dashi powder.

加入1顆蛋並用手攪拌均勻。Mix egg with hand.

將處理好的絞肉均勻平鋪在豆腐皮上。Spread meat mixture on Aburaage.

將蘑菇切成小塊,紅蘿蔔切成絲,韭菜切成段,備用。Put shred carrot and chopped mushrooms and cut leen on it.

將切好的蘑菇丁、紅蘿蔔絲和韭菜段放在鋪好肉的豆腐皮上,並將其捲起來。Roll tightly.

用麵粉水將豆腐皮黏起來並入鍋油炸。Seal the end with flour-water. And fry.

將料理清酒、味醂、醬油和糖均勻混合成醬汁,並倒入鍋中。(Mix Sake, Mirin, soy sauce and sugar and pour the seasoning mixture in pan.

將烘培紙蓋在鍋子上方並用小火烹煮,直到醬汁變濃稠即可。Cover with cooking paper and simmer with low heat till the sauce becomes thick.

將豆腐卷取出並切塊擺盤。Cut and dish.
