Mixed colorful salad
Simple healthy and light meal on the weekday after heavy weekend meal. It can be prepared ahead, just toss them up at the meal time.

Wash and dry all vegetables

Sliced all vegetables into bite size.

Mix all vegetables in a bowl except tuna fish and egg

Add olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl. Pour into salad bowl, mix it well and adjust the taste.

Top up with tuna fish and boiled eggs
