A Chinese Chicken Stir fry

I love this and i usually add some chopped bok choy to the end of this stir fry. But its something i did not have this time. Its very quick and tastes great. 💗

Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 Chicken breasts cut into strips
  2. 1/2 red onion
  3. 1 inch grated Ginger
  4. 3 Garlic cloves crushed
  5. 1 tsp chilli pepper chopped small
  6. 1 hadful of mixed sweet peppers
  7. 1/2 tsp white pepper
  8. 1 tbls toasted sesame oil
  9. 3 tbls veg oil
  10. 1 tbls rice vinegar
  11. 2 tbls light soy sauce
  12. 2 tbls dark soy sauce
  13. 2 tbls chinese rice wine or sherry
  14. 1/2 tbls Brown sugar
  15. 2 tsp corn flour

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add the toasted sesame oil and white pepper and add the strips of chicken to it and leave for a few minutes.

    Add the sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Set aside

  3. 3

    In the wok add 2 tbls veg oil heat up when its hot add the cooked Chicken and spread out evenly and wait for one minute the turn it over to brown the other until its cookedand browned a little on all ides.take out and set aside

    In the same wok add the other tbls oil heat up and add the ginger,Garlic and chillis and fry for 1 minute.

    Add the red onion and sweet peppers then the oil and white pepper fry and keep tossing so as the sweet peppers stay crisp ish. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan fry all and tossing it for 1 minute

    Add the sauce and toss it sbout until its all covered and serve. With some veg and bok choy and spring oniins mixed.
