Ingredients

  1. 2 cup almond flour
  2. 1 1/2 cup Colby jack cheese
  3. 3 tablespoon yogurt
  4. 2 egg
  5. 1 cup Gluten free oatmeal flour
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  8. 6 tablespoon zaatar

    Melt the cheese in a Microwave Separate two minute add yogurt mix will

    Beat eggs add to the cheese mixture then the almonds flour and the baking powder and mix you get sticky dough then I start adding the Gluten free oatmeal flour two spoons at time till I got a dough that is not sticky anymore

    I end up with 6 rounds disk I flat it with oil fingers using olive oil then add 1 tablespoon of zaatar on each one cooked for 18 minutes at temperature 350 enjoy
