    Bake salmon.

    Use coleslaw mix as filling.

  3. 3

    Use 1 part cornstarch with 1 part water as a paste for egg roll wraps.

  4. 4

    Chop salmon.

  5. 5

    Place salmon, and coleslaw in egg roll wrap. Roll, and paste with cornstarch solution.

    Oil egg rolls with sunflower cooking oil.

  7. 7

    Oil oven pan. Bake egg rolls on 350 degrees for 15 to 20 mins. Turn repeatedly.

  8. 8

    Add sweet & sour sauce.
