Ingredients

  1. 2 cups bread flour
  2. 1 cup AP flour
  3. 1 1/3 cup water
  4. 3 tbs salt
  5. 1 packet yeast
  6. 1/2 cup milk
  7. 5 tbs malt powder

Cooking Instructions

    Yeast and water in mixer bowl till bubbles. Add bread flour and ap flour. Mix 2 min add milk. Mix 4 min. Add flour or water if needed till dough balls up. Let rise in bowl for 1 hour, place a wet paper towel over bowl.

    Large sauce pan bring water and malt to a simmer preheat oven 450

    Rip little balls off the big ball of dough and roll them on a cutting board into a snake. Connect the ends, put in boiling water 3 min.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 min
