Daikon Vegan Salad

It’s one of my favorite Russian salad since childhood. I veganized it and it turned out very yummy!
Ingredients

Grate daikon on the grater

Grate the carrot

Chop greens: green onion, dill

Make vegan sour cream: blend avocado, celery, lemon juice with a bit of water and pinch of salt till you get creamy texture

Mix everything well and add sprouts with seaweed
