Ingredients

  1. Finger Millet Powder, Salt, Grated coconut

    Roast the Finger millet powder on low flame till you get aroma.

    Take a pan and boil water ration is 1:1 1/4. Add salt and grated coconut in water and finally add roasted finger millet powder and stir well without lumps for 5 mins and close with a lid and switch of the flame.

  3. 3

    After 5 -10 mins apply oil on the dough and knead the dough well and make small round shapes with the kneaded dough and steam it for 7-10 mins on low flame.
