150 grams Iceberg Lettuce

1 sheet Nori Seaweed

1 tbsp Lemon Juice ★

1 tbsp Sesame Oil ★

1 tsp Chinese Soup Stock (Chicken Soup Stock) ★

1 clove Grated Garlic ★

1 tsp White Sesame Seed
Cooking Instructions

Wash the Lettuce and tear it into bite-size by hand.

Rub the Nori Seaweed by hand to make it smaller.

Mix ★ingredients in a big bowl.

Put the Lettuce and Nori Seaweed in a bowl and mix it well before servings.
