Korean Style Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 150 grams Iceberg Lettuce
  2. 1 sheet Nori Seaweed
  3. 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  4. 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  5. 1 tsp Chinese Soup Stock (Chicken Soup Stock) ★
  6. 1 clove Grated Garlic
  7. 1 tsp White Sesame Seed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the Lettuce and tear it into bite-size by hand.

    Rub the Nori Seaweed by hand to make it smaller.

  3. 3

    Mix ★ingredients in a big bowl.

  4. 4

    Put the Lettuce and Nori Seaweed in a bowl and mix it well before servings.
