Ingredients

4 to 5 people
  1. 1/2 cup green moong dal
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 3 chopped onion
  4. 4-5 chopped green chillies
  5. 2 tsp chopped ginger garlic
  6. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  7. 1/4 cup chopped Palak
  8. 2 tsp lime juice
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi power
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  13. 1 tsp fennel seeds powder
  14. as required Salt
  15. As required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly,soak spilt green gram for 5 hours.then drain the water completely from the moong dal.now add besan,and all ingredients and salt as per test then mix nicely.make a nice dough.

    Take a portion off the dough and make flat biscuits shapes patties.

    Drop the Pettie in heated oil and fry on sim in medium flam.fry all vdis until they turn golden all side. Serve them with green chutney and tomato sauce or hot tea.
