Simple Salt-broth Ramen

I came up with this for my ramen-loving son.

It's a simple soup, so I added lard to make it rich.
Adjust the amount of salt to taste. It's delicious if you use the liquid from boiling chicken.
If making green onion oil from just green onions, heat the green parts with cold vegetable oil. Heat until it changes color. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 bundle Chinese-style noodles
  2. 400 ml Boiling water
  3. 1 tsp Chicken soup stock
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 2 tsp Lard
  6. 1 tsp Green onion oil (store-bought)
  7. 1 Boiled pork
  8. 1 Chopped Japanese leek
  9. 1 Bamboo shoots
  10. 1 Boiled egg or seasoned egg
  11. 1 Chunky ra-yu

    Boil the egg and cut in half. Put the salt, chicken soup stock granules, lard, and green onion oil in a warmed bowl.

    Boil the ramen noodles. Boil the water for the soup. Add the boiling water to the bowl just before the noodles are done/

    Drain the noodles and add to the bowl. Top with char siu, egg, bamboo shoots, and green onion. Top with ra-yu to taste.
