Ingredients

1 servings
  1. 1 cup coconut milk
  2. 1 cup greens (optional)
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 tbs RAW Cacao
  5. 1/4 teaspoon powdered peanut butter
  6. 1 tbs (real) maple syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients and blend thouroughly.

    Food as Medicine: Organic RAW Cacao. (I purchase from Amazon)

    Note: I use dried peanut butter to avoid the oils contained in traditional PB. Tastes AWESOME (Costco) Ingredients: Roasted peanuts, salt, sugar
