One of my favourite go to's - It's great for breakfast, lunch or as a snack, to combat food cravings or of course for emotional emergencies ... So yeah, basically anytime is a good time.
Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup greens (optional)

1 banana

1 tbs RAW Cacao

1/4 teaspoon powdered peanut butter

1 tbs (real) maple syrup
Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients and blend thouroughly.

Note: I use dried peanut butter to avoid the oils contained in traditional PB. Tastes AWESOME (Costco) Ingredients: Roasted peanuts, salt, sugar
