Easy Tofu Straining Method
Straining tofu takes a long time and is troublesome, so I came up with this easy method.
Even if you squeeze hard, the tofu won't pop out because it's sandwiched between the two plates.
Use flat plates.

1 large flat plate

1 medium flat plate

Prepare a big plate and medium plate. Put the tofu in between these two plates.

Tightly press the plates, and squeeze the water out. A large amount of water will come out!
