Quick and easy, crispy and satisfying, I love how easy a baked salmon fillet recipe is. You can do whatever you want with it. I served this one with mashed sweet potatoes and greens. 🥰

Ingredients

20 mins
2 - 3 people
  1. 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  2. 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  3. 1 finely grated garlic clove
  4. 1 tsp finely chopped coriander
  5. 2 tbsp olive oil
  6. 2-3 salmon fillets (mine were very large so I only had two)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all of the ingredients together to create a rub for the fish

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c and bake the fish in the oven for 12 minutes (10 if you’ve salmon fillets are smaller). Remove and serve with whatever you fancy.
