This is a snack that's a family favorite. I can make them in a short time. Since I can make a lot of them, they are great when you have your friends over.

I hope this recipe will be helpful.

If the quantity is too large, reduce it by half. I use pancake mix that contains 200 g per packet, so I used these amount of ingredients indicated in this recipe.
You can make extras and they will still be delicious the next morning. Recipe by kinarico

Ingredients

30 servings
  1. 200 grams Pancake mix
  2. 200 grams Cake flour
  3. 100 grams White sugar
  4. 2 Whole egg
  5. 2 tbsp Milk (adjust it depending on the size of the eggs)
  6. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Sift the pancake mix, cake flour, and white sugar into a bowl. If it's troublesome, mix with a whisk.

  2. 2

Add the beaten eggs into the bowl from Step 1, and mix with a spatula. You can mix with your hands, but the mixture will stick to your hands...

  3. 3

If the dough requires more liquid, add the milk while checking the consistency, and knead by hand. It's ok even if you put in a bit more milk.

  4. 4

Roll the dough into ping-pong-sized balls. If it sticks to your hands, dust them with cake flour.

  5. 5

Deep-fry in oil at 160℃ until golden brown, and they are ready to be served.
