Freezable Marinated Pork Yaki-Niku
I took the previous recipe that I uploaded[Special Marinade! Pork Yaki-Niku] and transformed it into a more bento-friendly version.
If you are making this for a small child, you can omit the shichimi spice. The marinade will thicken a little when you are cooking due to the katakuriko.
Keep an eye on everything and adjust the heat as you see fit. This way, it won't burn while you are cooking. Recipe by Hokkori-no
